As a Senior in Solution Architecture, you’ll work on cutting-edge technologies, helping clients modernize systems and build innovative solutions to address banking industry challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead project implementations and develop thought leadership in Archer platform and related technologies, including Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Third-party Risk Management (TPRM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), and more.
• Guide technical aspects of offering development, project delivery, and solution delivery on the Archer platform.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Archer GRC solutions.
• Ensure technical deliverables are complete, consistent, high-quality, and on time.
• Bridge the gap between complex business problems and technical solutions, aligning technical decisions with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
• Minimum 3 years of Archer implementation experience with IRM/GRC in a client consulting environment.
• Proficiency in Archer form and layout design, workflow development, datafeeds, reports, dashboards, and platform upgrades.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
• Certifications such as Archer Certified Administrator (Specialist/Expert) and industry certifications like SAFe Agilist or Scrum Master are preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience with Evolv Compliance, RMIS, Archer Insight, and Archer Control Panel.
• Familiarity with REST API, MS SQL, HTML, JavaScript/jQuery, and ASP .net.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban methodologies.
• Strong interest in cloud computing (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).

Pay

The salary range for this role varies by location:

• New York City, Boston, Washington DC Metro, Washington State, Southern California: $134,700 to $202,200
• Bay Area California: $140,400 to $210,700
• All other US locations, including Sacramento: $112,300 to $185,400

Salaries are determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, and geography. Our Total Rewards package includes medical, dental, pension, 401(k), and paid time off.
