FSMS Tier 2 Lead

About the role

Join a dynamic team at Lintech Global, where you'll contribute to the development and implementation of FSMS Tier 2 initiatives. Our team is dedicated to ensuring compliance and continuous improvement in our operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain FSMS Tier 2 documentation and procedures
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with FSMS standards
• Provide guidance and training to employees on FSMS policies and procedures
• Coordinate with external auditors to address findings and implement corrective actions
• Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Quality Assurance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in FSMS management or related field
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or OSHA regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of HSE management systems
• Experience with risk assessment and hazard identification
• Passion for safety and quality

Skills

• FSMS Tier 2 certification (preferred)
• Project management skills
• Leadership qualities

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
