Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items using high-quality ingredients.
- Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Follow all food preparation and service procedures.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred.
- Ability to follow recipes and prepare dishes accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and recipes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position.
- Valid Florida Food Handlers Card.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Skills
- Proficiency in basic kitchen equipment and tools.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and coworkers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
