How You'll Shine
- Cover face-to-face presentations in state-of-the-art sales centers.
- Find commonality with prospective owners.
- Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques.
- Communicate the benefits of traveling with WorldMark.
- Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training.
- Present and deliver sales presentations in accordance with company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain minimum performance goals.
- Attend scheduled training sessions and department meetings.
- Keep current on sales information and materials, industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually.
What You'll Bring
- 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience (preferred).
- Nevada real estate and/or timeshare license (TSA) or the ability to obtain one.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Initial Paid Training covering sales process, product knowledge, and the psychology of the sale.
- The ability to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle.
- An energetic, outgoing, and tenacious personality.
- General smart device skills.
- The ability to maintain production standards.
- The willingness to work weekends and holidays.
