Frontline Sales Representative

Essential Duties

  • Present and promote vacation ownership opportunities to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers.
  • Conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations.
  • Overcome objections and close sales effectively.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Attend training sessions and stay updated on company offerings and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
