Essential Duties
- Present and promote vacation ownership opportunities to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers.
- Conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations.
- Overcome objections and close sales effectively.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on company offerings and industry trends.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
