Frontline Recruiter
About the role
The Frontline Recruiter is responsible for all recruiting aspects of hourly roles within a targeted region of the country, including sourcing, reviewing, screening, scheduling, hiring, orientation, and managing new business start-ups, marketing, vendor management, process design, change management, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business and HR site contacts to determine hiring needs for hourly recruiting
- Manage postings for designated locations, monitor postings throughout the hiring process; close vacancies and review files for completeness
- Prescreen qualified applicants through phone screens or in-person interviews
- Schedule candidates for interviews with hiring managers at their respective sites
- Maintain active relationships within networks to gather competitive insights and best practices
- Coach and provide training support to hiring managers
- Evaluate recruiting productivity to identify challenges, develop improvement plans, and implement approved plans
- Determine marketing and sourcing strategies to meet hourly recruitment hiring demands
- Participate in Hourly Recruiting projects, including start-up activity, campus and remote hiring events, networking activities, and marketing
- Deliver subject matter expertise for Hourly Regional Recruiting projects across the organization
- Verify employment qualifications, conduct pre-hire screening, draft offer letters, and manage pre-hire paperwork in the system
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in business or human resources or 3+ years of human resources experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or human resources or related field, preferred
- 1+ years general HR experience
- 1+ years high volume recruiting experience
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
