Key skills
- Search for and recruit specialists in IT, sales, and marketing for full-time positions and outstaffing projects, including teams working on web development and digital products
- Conduct interviews, assess soft skills and partially hard skills
- Manage the candidate database and build long-term relationships
- Interact with teams and clients to clarify candidate requirements and organize technical interviews
- Support top candidates throughout the entire hiring process, from first contact to onboarding
- Use modern sourcing methods (LinkedIn, Telegram, GitHub, etc.)
Candidate
- At least 3 years of experience as an IT recruiter
- Experience filling roles for both full-time positions and outstaffing, including rare specialists and executives
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Ability to understand complex technical roles, including UX/UI design and branding specialists
- Skilled at presenting and “selling” the company to candidates
It will be a plus
- Experience working both in recruitment agencies and in-house
- Knowledge of English or Spanish
