Frontline Editorial Internship – Fall 2026
Job Overview
FRONTLINE is seeking an intellectually curious and hardworking student eager to learn and assist with the process of making a documentary program. This internship is an opportunity to work with broadcast and journalism professionals, to learn the intricacies of producing long-format investigative documentary television.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research
- Aid with the story submission review process
- Maintain the series library
- Field producer and viewer inquiries

- Excellent research, writing, and organizational skills

- The ability to work independently and take initiative
- Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment
Job-Status
Paid Internship
$17/hour (Part-time)
LOCATION
This position can be Remote or Hybrid,
(One Guest Street, Brighton, MA 02135).
Internship Overview
GBH internships provide students with valuable work experience and real-world knowledge across many different fields of study, from TV and radio production to web design, accounting, law, and other administrative areas.
INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
- Internship dates: September 14th to December 4th
- Candidates must have their own computer and access to Wi-Fi.
- Candidates must be in an Undergrad or Grad program and have work authorization for the United States.
Salary Range
Compensation offered within this range is determined by skills, experience and internal pay equity.
