Frontier Operations Agent

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Cook up and assign gates for inbound and outbound aircraft
• Do weight and balance calculations for outbound flights
• Listen to air-to-ground radio for in-range calls, special requests from crews, maintenance requests, diversions, or anything related to the operation; relay the info to customer service and ramp
• Pass along accurate flight info to ground crew and flight crew
• Finish paperwork perfectly
• Take necessary training for operations
• Do daily, weekly, monthly audit requirements as per airline rules
• Keep RSMS reporting updated for all flights
• Enter flight info through FIDS system
• Do other duties related to operations as directed by the general manager or his delegate
• Keep all required docs and make sure they're accurate and timely
• Distribute them at the end of each day

Required Skills:

• Speak, read, write, and understand English
• Lift 35 lbs
• Work under pressure
• Pass minimum training requirements and recertify every quarter
• Be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Outlook
• Have one year of prior experience in an airline operations environment or dispatch-related environment (preferred)
• Pass pre-employment medical and drug test
• Pass a ten-year background check as required by US Customs
