Frontier Operations Agent

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Cook up and assign gates for inbound and outbound aircraft
• Do weight and balance calculations for outbound flights
• Listen to air-to-ground radio for in-range calls, special requests from crews, maintenance requests, diversions, or anything related to the operation; relay the info to customer service and ramp
• Pass on accurate flight info to ground crew and flight crew
• Finish paperwork flawlessly
• Take necessary training for operations
• Do daily, weekly, monthly audit requirements as dictated by the airline
• Keep up with RSMS reporting for all flights
• Enter flight info through FIDS system
• Do other duties pertinent to operations as directed by the general manager or his designee
• Keep all required docs and ensure their accurate and timely completion and distribution at the end of each day
• Do any additional responsibilities by your direct supervisor/manager
