Frontend Engineer (UI, UX)

About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Frontend Engineer to join our team and shape the future of our B2B SaaS platform. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional user experiences, building scalable frontend architectures, and integrating AI-native workflows into our product development processes. The ideal candidate will operate at the intersection of design, engineering, and product management, owning critical areas of our frontend platform. They will establish UI standards, drive interaction design, and leverage AI tools to accelerate development, prototyping, and debugging. This is a highly hands-on role that requires a passion for usability, system thinking, and modern engineering practices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create polished, responsive, and accessible interfaces that meet the needs of our users and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in building and scaling complex web applications and frontend systems
• Deep expertise in frontend architecture, component libraries, state management, and performance optimization
• Proficiency with modern AI engineering and design tooling such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and visual design
• Experience designing scalable UI architectures and maintaining consistency across large products
• Prior experience with AI-assisted development workflows is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own and drive major areas of the frontend architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools daily to accelerate UI prototyping, debugging, testing, and iteration
• Contribute to defining how AI enhances product experience and internal engineering workflows
• Design and implement polished, production-ready interfaces from initial concepts to final user experiences
• Write, test, and ship high-quality frontend code with a focus on responsiveness, accessibility, and performance
• Architect reusable UI systems, component libraries, and frontend abstractions for efficient product development
• Collaborate with design, product, backend, and data teams to deliver cohesive user workflows
• Leverage customer feedback, analytics, and experimentation to inform continuous product improvements
• Mentor and guide other engineers, fostering a culture of craftsmanship, ownership, and modern tooling
