Frontend Engineer (Foundry Pod)

Mission

Achieve flawless, highly concurrent user interfaces that never block or stutter.

Responsibilities

• Architect and ship complex, responsive web applications using the absolute latest frontend paradigms.
• Utilize AI assistants and code-generation tools to rapidly prototype and iterate on component systems.
• Partner directly with Product Design to translate high-fidelity concepts into production-ready reality without losing the nuance.
• Establish and rigorously enforce standards for web performance, accessibility, and state management.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and integrating emerging frontend technologies and compilers.

Requirements

• A pure problem-solving mindset: you don't just write code, you engineer user outcomes.
• Mastery of modern JavaScript/TypeScript, reactive frameworks, and CSS architecture.
• An insistence on quality, capable of debugging messy state issues and rendering bottlenecks.
• A growth mentality, constantly adapting your toolset to include the latest AI and productivity accelerants.

Qualifications

• Nice to have: Experience with WebGL, Canvas, or advanced animation systems.
• Familiarity with Rust/WASM integration for high-performance browser computing.
• A history of contributing to open-source tooling or design systems.
