About the role
An innovative organization in the national security and cyber technology space is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Build sophisticated React and TypeScript features and components that operate reliably at scale.
- Implement real-time UI experiences for complex data, optimizing for speed and clarity.
- Contribute to frontend architecture and design decisions alongside cross-functional teammates.
- Build and maintain interactive visualization components such as graphs, timelines, and streaming views.
- Identify and address performance issues, technical debt, and reliability gaps proactively.
Requirements
- At least 5 to 8 years of professional frontend software development experience.
- Strong, production-tested expertise in React.js and TypeScript.
- Experience building and shipping features for performance at scale, including profiling and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks like Vitest, Playwright, or Cypress.
Qualifications
- Likely to be based in the United States.
- Comfortable working in high-stakes environments.
