Frontend Engineer

About The Role

The role drives the development of user-facing web applications, translating complex product requirements into highly performant, accessible, and intuitive digital interfaces. The team focuses on building scalable UI architectures and reusable component libraries that serve as the foundation for the core product suite, ensuring high-quality user experiences at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Arcitect and implement modern web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern state management libraries
• Collaborate closely with product managers and product designers to translate Figma mockups into interactive, pixel-perfect, and accessible (WCAG compliant) interfaces
• Optimize application performance, targeting core web vitals such as Largest Contentful Paint (LCP), First Input Delay (FID), and Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS)
• Build and maintain a shared component library, ensuring consistency in design systems and coding standards across frontend applications
• Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress
• Participate in design and code reviews, mentoring junior engineers and promoting frontend engineering best practices

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience specializing in modern frontend technologies
• Deep technical proficiency with React, TypeScript, CSS-in-JS, and modern build tools like Webpack or Vite
• Strong understanding of browser internals, rendering performance, and web security best practices (CORS, XSS, CSRF)
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints in a microservices architecture
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Bonus: Experience with Server-Side Rendering (SSR) frameworks like Next.js, or active contributions to open-source UI libraries
