Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy clean, modular, and highly maintainable components across our web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern state management libraries.
- Meticulously analyze and optimize frontend application performance, focusing on bundle size reduction, code splitting, lazy loading, and dominant Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) scores.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX Product Designers to maintain, scale, and implement a unified, atomic corporate design system, ensuring complete visual and functional consistency across all web views.
- Partner hand-in-hand with backend engineering teams to design, integrate, and consume complex RESTful or GraphQL APIs, managing local and asynchronous client-side data states cleanly.
- Enforce rigorous engineering standards via deep peer code reviews, comprehensive unit testing (using Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress), and clear documentation of front-end architectures.
Requirements
- Education & Engineering Literacy: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, software engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical proof of elite technical capabilities.
- Professional Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience as a full-time Frontend Engineer, shipping production-grade responsive web applications at scale.
- Modern Frontend Tech Stack Mastery: Advanced, production-tested command of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React.js (including Hooks, Context API, and modern routing systems).
- Familiarity with Next.js or Vue.js is a major plus.
- Styling & Responsive Web Fluency: Deep mastery of CSS architecture, including semantic HTML5, Flexbox, Grid layout systems, and modern styling utilities (such as Tailwind CSS, Styled-Components, or SASS).
- Git & Build Infrastructure Proficiency: Strong command of Git version control workflows (pull requests, rebase strategies) paired with a solid understanding of modern module bundlers and build tools (Webpack, Vite, or Babel).
- Accessibility & SEO Awareness: A solid foundational grasp of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines) and semantic markup optimizations for SEO efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working within high-growth B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or consumer tech startups.
- Hands-on exposure to frontend state management libraries like Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or XState.
- Practical understanding of containerization (Docker) and basic continuous integration/deployment setups (GitHub Actions, Vercel, or AWS frontend hosting).
