About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Web Developer to join our growing team at GrabJobs. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining engaging, responsive web applications that enhance our platform's user experience. Your expertise will contribute to building scalable, high-performance interfaces that serve a diverse user base, including job seekers and recruiters. Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of professional experience in front-end web development, demonstrating a robust portfolio of responsive, production-quality web applications.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+), along with hands-on experience with modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• A solid understanding of server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and SEO best practices is essential.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git, responsive design principles, and cross-browser compatibility is required.
• Additional preferred skills include experience with TypeScript, RESTful API integration, modern build tools like Webpack or Vite, and testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using modern front-end technologies, ensuring optimal performance across devices and browsers.
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, accessible, and functional code that aligns with project specifications.
• Design, develop, and manage scalable web applications utilizing the Next.js framework, focusing on performance, security, and SEO optimization.
• Collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and back-end developers to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences.
• Implement web performance enhancements, optimize load times, and ensure scalability of applications to support growth.
• Maintain cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness across all supported environments.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across multiple environments and devices, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal user experience.
• Adhere to best practices in code quality through peer reviews, testing, and comprehensive documentation.
• Stay current with emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to continuously improve our platform.
