Frontend Developer
The Role
Design and develop intuitive, responsive user interfaces for web-based applications.
Translate complex workflows into simple, efficient user experiences that improve usability and adoption.
Build and maintain front-end components using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or similar).
Ensure applications meet usability standards and accessibility best practices.
Contribute to and maintain consistent design patterns, components, and style guides.
Gather and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve interface design and functionality.
What You'll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with 4–8 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 2–6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Experience with modern UI frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience designing user-centered interfaces for complex applications.
- Understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design.
- Ability to translate user needs into functional design solutions.
