Frontend Developer | $65/hr Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate, review, and debug frontend code (e.g., user interfaces, component logic, state management) and technical content generated by advanced AI models.
• Assess the quality of AI outputs for correctness, efficiency, scalability, and adherence to industry best practices.
• Work through frontend system design, component architecture, and algorithmic problems to push model capabilities forward.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve the model's logic and engineering judgment.

Qualifications

• Strong professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on coding experience in frontend development (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Vue, or Angular), with a deep understanding of browser performance, DOM manipulation, data structures, and system design.
• Proven experience writing, reviewing, and debugging production-level code.
• Strong written communication skills and a high attention to detail.
