Backend Developer | $65/hr Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate, review, and debug backend code (e.g., APIs, server logic, databases) and technical content generated by advanced AI models.
• Assess the quality of AI outputs for correctness, efficiency, scalability, and adherence to industry best practices.
• Work through backend system design, architecture, and algorithmic problems to push model capabilities forward.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve the model's logic and engineering judgment.

Qualifications

• Strong professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on coding experience in backend development (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or Node.js), with a deep understanding of databases, APIs, data structures, algorithms, and scalable system design.
• Proven experience writing, reviewing, and debugging production-level code.
• Strong written communication skills and a high attention to detail.
