Front Office Trading Support

About the role

Full-time platform support ownership, including monitoring alerts and resolving client queries.

The platform is built on Java, Python, AWS, Kubernetes, and Linux, with a heavier focus on the platform side: Linux, general AWS cloud knowledge, and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to platform alerts
• Resolve client queries related to platform issues
• Work with Kubernetes concepts such as clusters and pods
• Write and maintain bash scripts and SQL queries
• Leverage AI tools to diagnose and resolve technical issues

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Kubernetes concepts (clusters, pods, etc.)
• Comfortable writing bash scripts and SQL queries
• Base of technical experience with Linux, AWS, and cloud platforms
• Problem-solving mindset
