Job Description
Providing engaging, sincere, personalized service is one of the ways our Colleagues are turning moments into memories for our Owners and Guests at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License in good standing required
- Must be 21+ years of age with 4 years of driving experience
- Previous experience in guest services department preferred
- Previous Property Management System experience preferred
- Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
- University/College degree in a related discipline an asset
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Physical Aspects of Position
- Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
- Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
- Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
