About the Role
As a Front Office Supervisor at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront, you’ll supervise daily front office operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and exceptional guest service. You’ll lead team members, provide training and real-time feedback, and foster a collaborative, guest-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise front office team: Lead team members in performing all front office procedures, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest service delivery.
- Lead day-to-day team operations: Assign tasks, provide training, guidance, and in-the-moment feedback.
- Lead guest issue resolution: Respond to guest inquiries and concerns directly while supporting team members in handling complex or escalated issues.
- Manage lobby flow: Monitor guest traffic in the lobby and adjust team coverage in real time to maintain service efficiency.
Requirements
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong English communication skills with guests, team members, and management, both in person and over the phone, with professional phone etiquette.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and organizational skills while fostering a collaborative, guest-focused team environment.

Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, property management systems (PMS), cash handling procedures, and front office standards to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
