About the role
As a Front Office Specialist at Carolina QuickCare's Walkertown location, you will engage directly with patients and ensure an exceptional patient experience by performing a variety of administrative tasks to support patient care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Engage with patients to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Oversee patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing processes.
- Manage patient records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
- Handle inquiries from patients regarding insurance coverage, payment options, and other related matters.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and accurate patient care.
- Perform data entry and report generation using electronic health record systems.
- Assist with marketing efforts and promotional activities as needed.
Requirements

- Strong communication and computer skills.
- Experience working with patient insurance is highly desired.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
