Front Office Scheduler

We believe healing starts from the first point of contact, and our front office team plays a critical role in setting the tone for every client’s experience. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, friendly, and organized Front Office Scheduler to join our growing team! You’ll be the first smile clients see and the one who helps coordinate their journey toward healing.

Responsibilities

• Schedule initial assessments and follow-up appointments for clients
• Verify insurance benefits and collect necessary documentation
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front office and waiting area
• Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information
• Collaborate with clinical and admin staff to ensure efficient scheduling
• Maintain accurate client records using electronic systems
• Support with general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
• Experience in a healthcare or mental health setting is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of insurance verification is a bonus
