Front Office Manager- Surgery
About the role
The Front Office Manager- Surgery position exists to provide assistance to the Practice Administrator in planning, budgeting, and overall operations including special projects, analysis, and policies and procedures. The incumbent will plan, coordinate, and manage ongoing analysis, development, and implementation of methods and systems to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of services and functions. This role provides leadership for the development and management of front office support to the practice plans and strategic goals of the assigned organization.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage ongoing analysis, development, and implementation of methods and systems to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of services and functions.
- Provide leadership for the development and management of front office support to the practice plans and strategic goals of the assigned organization.
- Work closely with various divisions within the surgery department to support organizational goals.
- Facilitate and lead work groups to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage resources effectively and utilize business applications to support operations.
- Apply organization personnel policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effective management.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to promote teamwork and build effective relationships.
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely results.
- Take initiative to meet objectives and demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
