Front Office Manager (Hotel Terra)

About the Role

Nestled at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort in Teton Village, a few miles from Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park, our 4-diamond hotel attracts guests from around the world. As our Front Office Manager, you oversee the responsibilities of the Front Office and Concierge’s Department. Maintain high standards in all aspects of internal and external service and embrace the Hotel Terra service culture. Promote, develop, and maintain unity and teamwork throughout the department. Actively participate in all aspects of Front Office operations, including assisting in check-in, check-out, reservations, and activities. Communicate with guests in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner. Manage Front Office and Concierge teams to maximize the guest experience, exceed expectations, and efficiently complete daily departmental objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Front Office and Concierge’s Department.
• Maintain high service standards for internal and external guests.
• Promote, develop, and sustain teamwork within the department.
• Actively participate in Front Office operations (check-in, check-out, reservations, activities).
• Communicate professionally and courteously with guests.
• Lead and manage Front Office and Concierge teams to maximize guest experience and meet daily objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar-sized hotel (132 rooms) and leading a team of 12.
• Full-service hotel experience, preferably in an upscale independent hotel.
• Strong ability to hire, train, and coach team members to deliver top-notch guest service.
• Dependable, organized, and positive with a can-do mindset.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and feedback to support personal and professional growth.
• High integrity, flexibility, and a goal-oriented approach.
