Responsibilities

  • Greet walk-in customers and answer incoming phone calls with professionalism
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist retail customers in-store
  • Support the sales team by typing estimates in QuickBooks and entering work orders
  • Accurately process purchases, returns, and handle cash/credit transactions
  • Price and stock retail merchandise; communicate inventory needs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom and retail space
  • Perform general administrative tasks and support special projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with the ability to follow processes and work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Comfortable typing and working on a computer for extended periods
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Prioritized Experience: Previous administrative assistant or customer service experience, Experience with QuickBooks or similar systems, Retail or showroom experience, Valid driver’s license (preferred)
