Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in customers and answer incoming phone calls with professionalism
- Provide excellent customer service and assist retail customers in-store
- Support the sales team by typing estimates in QuickBooks and entering work orders
- Accurately process purchases, returns, and handle cash/credit transactions
- Price and stock retail merchandise; communicate inventory needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom and retail space
- Perform general administrative tasks and support special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with the ability to follow processes and work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Comfortable typing and working on a computer for extended periods
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Prioritized Experience: Previous administrative assistant or customer service experience, Experience with QuickBooks or similar systems, Retail or showroom experience, Valid driver’s license (preferred)
