Position Summary
The Front Office Coordinator at SENTA Partners serves as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the practice by managing front office tasks, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage patient appointment scheduling, including rescheduling and cancellations.
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls as needed.
- Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and demographics.
- Maintain patient records in the practice management system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process patient payments, handle billing inquiries, and provide receipts for transactions.
- Cooky communication between the front office, clinical staff, and physicians.
- Coordinate communication between the front office, clinical staff, and physicians.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
- Aid patients with completing required forms and paperwork.
- Manage office supplies, ensuring availability for front office operations.
- Handle patient concerns or complaints with empathy and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support the administrative needs of the practice, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies regarding patient information and confidentiality.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Medical reception experience preferred.
- Knowledge of standard clinic practices, policies and procedures.
- Read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Effectively present information to customers, clients and peers.
- Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Knowledge of MS Office and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
