Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for the company, greeting clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Order front office supplies and keep an accurate inventory of stock.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to various departments as required.
- Ensure the reception area and conference rooms are tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Front Office Coordinator, Receptionist, or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A professional demeanour and a customer-service-oriented approach.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when dealing with issues that may arise.
- A high school diploma is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Previous experience within the technology or manufacturing industry is advantageous but not essential.
