The Role
The Front Office Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming front desk experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage visitor check-in, including notifying employees of guest arrivals and maintaining visitor logs as needed.
- Handle incoming mail and coordinate with Team Member Services for proper distribution; assist with outgoing mail as requested.
- Perform basic clerical duties such as data entry, document preparation, and maintaining organized records.
- Manage front desk email inquiries and routine correspondence.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front office and reception area at all times.
- Communicate and build rapport with current and potential vendors when supporting front office needs.
- Ensure visitors follow company check-in procedures and adhere to office policies and safety requirements.
- Ensure consistent front desk coverage during business hours and communicate any coverage gaps in advance.
- Prepare and maintain meeting spaces, ensuring rooms are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Manage front desk email inquiries and routine correspondence.
- Support basic travel arrangements when routed through the front desk (e.g., directing requests, assisting with coordination as needed).
- Ensure restrooms, meeting rooms, and breakrooms are clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked for daily use.
- Ensure breakroom appliances (microwaves, refrigerators, ice machines, and water coolers) are clean, functional, and in good working condition.
- Report any facilities or maintenance needs to the Business Support team and assist with follow-up as needed.
- Provide front desk and logistical support during office and company-wide events.
- Assist the Business Support Manager and Business Support Assistant as needed, particularly during event setup, execution, and breakdown.
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions and represent the company’s brand positively.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced front office environment.
- Exhibit flexibility to support business needs and assist other team members when required.
- Exhibit flexibility to work outside of regular hours, including weekends, based on business needs.
- Ability to support multiple company locations as required.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 1 year of Office Administration & Customer Service Experience
- Prior Experience with Computers & Office Equipment (i.e., Microsoft Office, Printer, & Scanner)
- Prior Experience within the Home Improvement or Construction Industry is a Plus
- Reliable Transportation for Commuting to Various Company Locations is Required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to physically move up to 15 pounds

Pay
- Hourly Rate: $18/hr - $20/hr

- Monday - Friday (Full Time)
- 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
