Position Summary The Front Desk Clerk serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing professional and efficient administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly mannerAnswer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accuratelySchedule and coordinate meetings, including managing conference room calendarsEnsure all visitors sign required safety documentation upon arrivalManage incoming and outgoing mail, including:Preparing and sending packages via USPS and UPSPicking up and sorting incoming mailDistributing mail to appropriate staff membersMaintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and reception areaProvide administrative support to the leadership team as neededAssist with data entry, filing, and document organizationOrder and maintain office supplies inventorySupport coordination of office events, meetings, and team activitiesHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent requiredProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)Strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyCustomer-service oriented with a professional demeanorReliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills (Nice To Have) Previous administrative or front desk experienceExperience with multi-line phone systemsFamiliarity with shipping platforms (USPS, UPS)Basic knowledge of office safety procedures Work Environment Office setting with frequent interaction with employees and visitorsMay require occasional lifting of packages (up to 25 lbs) All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
