About the role

Highgrove Dental, located in the heart of Highland Park in Saint Paul, is seeking an experienced Dental Insurance Coordinator. The role offers a $2,000 sign‑on bonus and the opportunity to work in a patient‑focused environment with easy access to Saint Paul's scenic river trails during breaks.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
• Develop productive schedules.
• Manage patient documents and records.
• Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience presenting treatment to patients in a dental office
• 2+ years experience coordinating insurance and collecting payments at time of service
• High school diploma or GED
• Proven experience listening to patients and helping them understand their benefits

Skills

• Knowledge of dental operations
• Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
• Experience with dental software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Curve, or MacPractice

Pay

$23‑$30/hour based on experience; sign‑on bonus of $2,000.
