About the role

Are you a customer service professional ready to transition into the medical field? We're looking for a self-starter who will deliver best-in-class patient care and focus on putting every patient first, every visit—while growing your skills in dental healthcare.

Pay

$20–$23/hour

Schedule

• Tuesday: 8–5
• Wednesday: 8–5
• Thursday: 8–5
• Friday: 8–3

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
• Develop productive schedules.
• Manage patient documents and records.
• Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience meeting and exceeding goals.
• 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or related field (Dental experience is a plus but not required)
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently, take initiative, and embrace learning new dental operations and systems
• High school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Dental operations
• Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
• Experience with Dental Software
