East Side Smiles Dentistry is expanding in Nashville and seeking a seasoned front‑desk professional who is passionate about customer service and creating outstanding patient experiences. Compensation

Starting at $23‑25 per hour based on experience (Denticon preferred) plus a 401(k) with a match.

Schedule

Full‑time schedule, Monday – Friday: 7:40 am – 5:00 pm (1 hour lunch).

• Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, setting a positive tone for their entire dental experience.
• Create efficient, patient‑focused schedules that optimize appointment flow and provider productivity.
• Manage patient documents and records.
• Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
• Work with insurance.
• Additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Required:
  • 1+ year experience in a dental front office.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals.
  • High school diploma or GED.
• Preferred:
  • Knowledge of dental operations.
  • Denticon experience.
  • Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits.
