Front Office Associate Outpatient Oncology Bilingual

About the role
As a Front Office Associate, you will advance your career while making a positive impact on patients' lives. This role is critical to the care team, influencing how care is provided. You must be willing and able to work assigned shifts at multiple clinic locations and drive between clinics as needed (mileage reimbursed).
Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in patients, collect co-pays and payments.
- Interview patients to gather health history and current medications (health screening).
- Participate in mandatory staff meetings as needed.
- Schedule appointments and answer incoming phone calls.
- Promote TOI’s culture of exceptional behavioral standards for customer service.
- Maintain and protect confidentiality and security of all organizational information, including financial and client data.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
- 1 year of medical receptionist experience (preferred).
Schedule
- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
- Day shift.
Pay
Estimated hourly range: $17–$20 USD. Factors such as skills, experience, and comparisons to existing employees may influence the actual salary.
