Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, first impression as their go-to point of contact
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure each guest has a positive experience
• Efficiently manage appointment confirmations and adjust schedules to keep things running smoothly
• Coincide financial agreements and ensure clarity for guests
• Maintain a clear, organized, and inviting office environment for both guests and team members
• Aid with other tasks as needed to support the office and team
