About the role

Front Office associates are the first and last to meet our guests and are crucial for creating a great guest experience. Hyatt Regency John Wayne Airport Newport Beach seeks associates who can deliver that great impression.

Responsibilities

  • Guest registration process
  • Hotel communication
  • Processing forms of payment
  • Responding to guest inquiries

Requirements

  • Available to work night shift and various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Proficient in computers (Opera, Colleague Advantage, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Previous experience with Opera and Colleague Advantage is an asset
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Able to adapt and work in a diverse culture and environment
  • Proven experience in making quick and efficient decisions
  • Knowledge of a second language is an asset

Qualifications

  • Guest Reservations assistance required

Skills

Preferred qualifications include:
