About the role

The Front Offices at SH Hotels & Resorts are at the heart of every hotel, and our front-of-house staff are some of the most important members of the team, because they are the first to meet our guests. They also have the first opportunity to provide them with impeccable service, and often to reflect a first glimpse of the brand’s best self.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure every guest’s experience is relaxing and effortless—both at arrival and departure and throughout the stay.
  • Meet and greet guests warmly and professionally.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently and courteously.
  • Manage room reservations and check-ins/check-outs.
  • Provide excellent service and support to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Operate within a 24-hour schedule, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements

  • Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
  • Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus.
  • Experience in guest or customer service.
  • A team player, hard worker, multi-tasker, and detail-oriented.

    Pay

    Schedule

    Hours are typically 8am-5pm, but may vary based on shift and department needs.
