Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warm and personalized service
- Perform guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Answer phones and assist guests with reservations, directions, recommendations, and hotel information
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally
- Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience
- Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and billing procedures
- Communicate effectively with all hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service
- Maintain professionalism and brand standards at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in hospitality or a related field preferred
- Prior hotel experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers, email, and hotel systems
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays
