About the role

Front Office associates are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process guest check-in and check-out procedures
  • Communicate hotel services and promotions to guests
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues
  • Process forms of payment
  • Handle reservations and confirmations
  • Manage guest records and ensure accuracy

Requirements

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Previous Customer Service or Hotel experience is preferred
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule of AM and/or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service or hotel experience preferred
  • Flexible availability to work AM and/or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Shifts times can me 6AM - 2PM, 7 AM-3PM, 2PM-10PM, 3PM-11PM
