About the role
Front Office associates are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Process guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Communicate hotel services and promotions to guests
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues
- Process forms of payment
- Handle reservations and confirmations
- Manage guest records and ensure accuracy
Requirements
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Previous Customer Service or Hotel experience is preferred
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule of AM and/or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Shifts times can me 6AM - 2PM, 7 AM-3PM, 2PM-10PM, 3PM-11PM
