Front of House Supervisor

As a Customer Service Representative, you are key to the success of our quick service restaurant as you are responsible for providing friendly, accurate and efficient service to our guests so that we are returning every traveler to the road better than they came!
Responsibilities
- Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service
- Provide visible leadership to employees while generating a restaurant atmosphere focused on great hospitality where the expectations of the guests are exceeded
- Embody a professional demeanor and a high level of character, honesty and integrity in conducting the business affairs of the restaurant; inspire all team members to do the same
- Develop a trusting atmosphere that is conducive to receiving feedback from team members and guests; coach the staff according to company policy
- Respond to guest concerns, both written and verbal, with the ability to creatively solve problems and develop robust solutions; personally contact guests as appropriate
- Oversee all front of house operations, providing guidance and supervision
- Assist in achieving financial objectives through effective management of people, product, service and facility processes
- Adhere to safety standards and comply with standards of operation
- Stay alert to competitive practices that could have an impact on business; offer recommendations when appropriate
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- A dedicated individual who works well with others and is excited to be part of our team
- A leader who sets the example when working alongside team members
- Supervisory experience in a casual dining restaurant
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, POS software and email etiquette; able to run and understand various operational reports
- Meet the requirements for the needed physical tasks with or without accommodation

Typical Physical Demands
In this role, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear. Standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, bending over, crouching, crawling, climbing, and repetitive use of legs are done occasionally. The team member is occasionally required to lift up to 50 lbs and/or move heavy objects. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment
While performing these duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to outdoor elements in all seasons. Occasionally, the employee will also be exposed to fumes and particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud at times. While performing these duties, the employee may be exposed to dirt, dust, grime, grease, oil, gas, high-concentrated cleaning solutions, etc.
