About the role
A Front of House staff member is a vibrant position in our team. Menu & beverage knowledge leads to a great guest experience. Warm welcomes and excellent customer service is vital to returning customers. Prior front of house experience is not required, but strongly preferred. Looking for someone with open availability ready to be a part of a growing brand. There are many opportunities for growth within the company, as well.
Responsibilities
- Taking orders at the register
- Making cocktails (specific training provided)
- Running food
- Handing out to-go orders
- Keeping the front stocked
- Bathroom maintenance
- Cleaning and maintaining front of house equipment, bar area, floor, etc.
Requirements
Prior front of house experience is not required, but strongly preferred.
- Learn the menu and its ingredients
- Have a warm personality
- Self-motivated
- Sense of urgency

Pay
Pay starts at $8.50 per hour plus tip pool (average range $6–8/hour in tips). Employees are eligible for an hourly wage increase after completion of 90 days and employee evaluation.
