Front of House: Omaha
Summary/Objective
Our Front of House team is accountable for providing amazing experiences for our guests through what we call Relentless Hospitality. If you are excited about creating this culture with a great group of people, we encourage you to apply.
Big Grove Hospitality Standards
- Do what it takes to be successful in our culture, standards, and values.
- Assist teammates by stepping out of primary duties when necessary to enrich the life next to you.
- Empower yourself to deliver Relentless Hospitality by treating every guest and team problem as an opportunity to make a LASTing connection (Listen, Acknowledge, Solve, Thank).
- Focus attention on each person within 20 feet: smile, make eye contact, and acknowledge within 10 feet; greet within 5 feet (5/10/20 rule).
- Act as the greatest host of the greatest house party: say hi, bye, and thank you until it’s weird.
- Communicate what you can do, not what you can’t.
- Take pride and responsibility for your professional appearance, language, behavior, and maintaining a safe, clean, and beautiful environment.
- Take charitable actions to ensure guests and teammates remain valued, even when they may not be right.
- Prepare properly to deliver gold medal work (Preparation + GSD = Gold).
- View problems as opportunities and work together to solve them (Waves crush you, unless we surf together).
- Create connections to give, take, and share directions (ABCD: Always Be Collecting, Creating, and Connecting the Dots).
