Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, train, and develop the front of house team, creating an environment where enthusiastic people are recognized and rewarded for achieving both organizational and personal goals
  • Manage daily front of house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout every shift
  • Serve as acting manager in the absence of the General Manager, taking full responsibility for restaurant operations
  • Oversee all cash controls and enforce company policies and procedures
  • Ensure all safety and security procedures are followed within the restaurant
  • Maintain high standards of guest service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally
  • Monitor floor operations, assist staff as needed, and ensure proper table management and guest flow
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
  • Uphold and model company culture, values, and standards at all times

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a restaurant or retail environment
  • Proven ability to train, guide, and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
  • Excellent written, verbal, math, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work with a high degree of independence and discretion
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a genuine passion for hospitality

  • Paid Vacation/Paid Time Off Program: Salaried are eligible for 1 week of Vacation after 6 months and 2 weeks after 1 year of Service. Vacation time available steadily increases over your length of Employment.
  • Education Reimbursement: After 90 days. Must be in restaurant Field and based on GPA. Up to $500.00 per semester.
  • Restaurant Discounts: 50% discount on employee meals and 20% discount when dining in or carryout at all our concepts.
  • 401K Program: All employees are eligible for our Company Matched 401k and Roth 401k program. Contributions are handled by John Hancock. Must be 18 years old to participate and have 6 months of service.
