FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Location: UNC - 360 Kenan Center Drive, Chapel Hill, NC 27599

Schedule

Full-time. Monday through Friday, either 9:00 am to 5:30 pm or 11:00 am to 7:30 pm. Further details provided during the interview.

Pay

$20.00 – $21.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top-quality products and service
• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste
• Ensures staff is on task, quality assurance standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous barista and supervisory experience required
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
