FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Location: Bank of America – 110 N Wacker Drive, Chicago, IL 60606

Schedule

Full-time, Monday – Friday, 6:30 am – 3:00 pm

Pay

$23.00 – $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top-quality products and service.
• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures staff is on task, quality assurance standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of barista and market experience.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
