FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Location: University of Portland Cove - 5000 North Willamette Boulevard, Portland, OR 97203

Schedule

Full time; Wednesday through Saturday, evening shift.

Requirements

• Previous bar and barista experience is required.
• Must have a valid OLCC (alcohol server permit) and Food Handler's card.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay

$21.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour.
