FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL AND PART TIME)

Location: University of Portland - 5000 North Willamette Boulevard, Portland, OR 97203

Schedule

Full and part time; Tuesday through Sunday or Sunday through Tuesday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM or 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. More details upon interview.

Responsibilities

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous bartending or supervisory experience is required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
