Role Overview
An exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work within our client onsite prestigious clinic in Battersea. You will ensure all front of house and administrative activities in the Bupa Centre are carried out efficiently and effectively. You will contribute as a support network in providing outstanding customer service to our customers every time they touch base with us.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome each patient as they enter the Bupa Centre.
- Respond to all patients requests professionally and in a personable, accurate and timely manner.
- Handle all patient interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, resolve patient complaints; assist patient in all inquiries in connection with clinic services and hours of operations.
- Maintains data protection by following Bupa protocols.
- Scheduling patient appointments.
- Handle multi-phone line system, professionally answering calls, scheduling appointments, responding to email, and ensuring great communication with patients and staff.
- Ensure working & customer areas are always safe.
- Financial administrative duties.
- Accurate records maintained.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience delivering exceptional, client focused customer service in person such as in retail, hospitality or in a similar role.
- Bright interpersonal and communication skills, able to quickly build rapport and put people at ease.
- Great time management and flexibility, you’ll need to switch tasks and support where needed throughout your shift.
- Excellent attention to detail, you’ll need to have solid computing skills and an understanding of the various Microsoft office packages.
- Previous administration experience is preferable but not essential.
