Duties and Responsibilities

• Greeting and Serving guest with our Recipe for ServiceCore 4 (Eye Contact, Smile, Speak Enthusically, Stay Connected)
• Ensure guest are served promptly and accurately
• Willingness to learn and be fluid
• Absorb and execute opening or closing procedures as directed
• Model and support clear communication between all Team Members
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
• Keep Area stocked and presentable
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Follow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures

Required Skills

• Able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for up to 9 hours and lifting up to 40lbs.
• Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic

Shifts

• Shifts can vary depending on the day and normally start at 6:30 AM (Day Staff) or 2:00 PM (Night Staff).
• Full-Time & Open Availability starting at $11.00/hr
